Storied AI: Terms of Service
Version: v1.0, effective September 18, 2026
Applies to: The Storied AI MCP connector (Model Context Protocol) and the Storied AI service behind it.
These are the terms you agree to when you use Storied AI.
About Storied
Storied AI is operated by Get Storied, Inc., a Nevada corporation doing business as Storied. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “Storied” mean Get Storied, Inc. “You” means the person using the service.
Written notices go to 611 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 900, PMB #977, Los Angeles, CA 90017. Everything else goes to support@storiedinc.com.
Agreeing to These Terms
You agree to these terms when you install the connector, sign in, or use the service. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a company, you’re confirming you have the authority to bind it, and “you” means that company.
If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
What the Service Is
Storied AI is a connector that runs inside your own AI platform (one that supports MCP integration like Claude or ChatGPT). You install it, sign in with your email, and call Storied skills from your conversation. Each skill turns raw material you supply into a narrative artifact: an investor pitch, a strategy document, a sales narrative, positioning, messaging, a keynote, website copy, an about page, a business case, media-interview prep, or a general narrative.
Two things follow from that design.
You need your own account. Storied AI runs inside your MCP client (currently supporting Claude and ChatGPT) rather than replacing it. We recommend a paid Claude plan. Your relationship with Anthropic is yours, governed by your agreement with them, and we’re not a party to it.
Generation runs in the background. When you call a skill, you get a job ID first and the finished artifact second. A job typically takes 30 to 90 seconds. Calling the same skill again before the first job finishes starts a second job.
Eligibility
Storied AI is a tool for working adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
Your Account
Your access is tied to the email address you signed up with. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to that address.
One account is one person. Don’t share your credentials or let others run jobs on your access. If your team needs access, we license teams. Email support@storiedinc.com and ask.
You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us at support@storiedinc.com if you think someone else has gotten into it.
The Beta
The free private beta runs through September 30, 2026. No credit card, no auto-charge. We’ll tell you before the window closes.
Two things are true of the beta specifically. We ask beta participants for honest weekly feedback, which takes a few minutes and is the trade for free access. And the service carries no availability commitment during the beta: skills change, some are sharper than others, and features can move or be withdrawn while we work.
Plans, Pricing, and Billing
After the beta, Storied AI is available via a subscription.
Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price, unless you cancel first.
Cancelling. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access runs to the end of the term you already paid for.
Refunds. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we’ve said otherwise in writing.
Price changes. If we change the price, we’ll tell you before it takes effect and it applies from your next renewal, never mid-term.
Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. You’re responsible for any that apply.
If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, access ends until it’s resolved.
Your Content and Your Work
You own what you put in, and you own what comes out. The material you send to a Storied skill stays yours. The artifact the skill hands back is yours too, to use however you want, commercially or otherwise. We claim no ownership of either.
You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to process your request, generate your artifact, and hand it back to you. That permission lasts as long as the job does. What we hold, for how long, and who else touches it is set out in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
You’re responsible for having the rights to the material you send us, and for what you do with the artifact afterward.
What AI Output Is and Isn’t
Storied AI generates text with a language model. Two consequences you should plan around.
Output can be wrong. It can misstate a fact, invent a detail, or produce something that reads confidently and isn’t accurate. Check it before you use it, especially anything going to investors, a board, a regulator, or the market.
Output isn’t advice. Nothing the service produces is legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice, and using it doesn’t create a professional relationship of any kind. The judgment stays yours.
We don’t warrant that any artifact is accurate, complete, original, or fit for the use you have in mind. Similar requests from different people can produce similar output, so we don’t warrant that what you get is unique to you.
Acceptable Use
Don’t use Storied AI to:
Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
Produce material that is defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone’s intellectual property or privacy.
Deceive people about who is speaking, including generating content that impersonates a real person or organization, or fabricating records, statements, or endorsements presented as genuine.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or copy the service, its prompts, or its methods, or use output to build a competing product.
Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own.
Attack the service: probe it, overload it, evade its limits, or get at accounts and data that aren’t yours.
Run scripted or bulk requests beyond normal individual use.
We can suspend or end access for a breach of this section, and for a serious one we can do it without notice.
Our Intellectual Property
The service, the connector, the Storied skills, and the narrative methods behind them, including Narrative Intelligence and the Narrative OS, are ours or our licensors’. Your subscription is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while it’s active. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of it to you.
Storied, Storied AI, Narrative Intelligence, and Narrative OS are our marks. Don’t use them without our written permission.
Feedback
If you send us feedback, bug reports, or feature requests, we can use them to improve the service without owing you anything for it. Feedback isn’t confidential, so don’t put anything confidential in it. This covers your comments about the service; it doesn’t touch ownership of your content or your artifacts, which stay yours under “Your Content and Your Work.”
Third-Party Services
Storied AI depends on services we don’t control, Anthropic and Cloudflare among them. They’re listed in the Privacy Policy with what each one does. Your use of the MCP Client is governed by your own agreement with the provider. We’re not responsible for third-party services, and an outage or change on their side can affect ours.
Availability and Changes
We work to keep the service running, and we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We can change, add, or remove skills and features, and we’ll give reasonable notice for a change that materially reduces what you’re paying for.
We can suspend the service for maintenance, security, or to protect it and the people using it.
Ending It
You can leave anytime. Disconnect the connector inside Claude, which stops new activity immediately, and cancel your subscription to stop renewal.
We can end your access if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if we’re required to. We’ll give notice where we reasonably can.
When access ends, your right to use the service ends with it. Collect any artifacts you want to keep before you go: job data is deleted 30 minutes after the job is created, so nothing is waiting on our side. You can ask us to delete your account and the records tied to it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The sections that should outlive the agreement do: Your Content and Your Work, Our Intellectual Property, Feedback, the disclaimers, the liability limit, indemnity, and governing law.
Disclaimers
Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from how the service is used or performs in practice.
Some places don’t allow those exclusions. Where that’s true, this section applies as far as the law allows and no further.
Limit of Liability
To the extent the law allows:
Neither side is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity, even if the loss was foreseeable.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100.
This limit doesn’t apply where the law forbids it, including for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You’ll defend and indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your use of the service, the material you send us, what you do with the artifacts you get back, or your breach of these terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
Before filing anything, email support@storiedinc.com and give us 30 days to sort it out. Most things resolve there.
Nothing in this section takes away a right you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country you live in.
The Rest
Changes to these terms. We can update these terms. For a material change we’ll update the effective date and tell you directly. Using the service after a change means the updated version applies. If you don’t accept it, stop using the service and cancel.
Assignment. You can’t assign these terms without our written consent. We can assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision is narrowed to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
No waiver. If we don’t enforce something right away, we haven’t given up the right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service, and they replace anything said before.
Contact. Questions about these terms: support@storiedinc.com.
