This seat is for someone who loves the craft of strategic narrative and wants to practice it where AI is changing how narratives get built, managed, and installed at scale.

Our clients include VC and PE funds and startups raising capital, civic and nonprofit organizations, global life sciences, and enterprise software. The industries differ, and the condition is the same: something complex and hard to explain, where the language has to work before the strategy can.

It’s built for someone who’s led comms in-house and now runs an independent practice. If you love doing the work and would rather not spend your weeks selling it or building a book of business, this gives you steady, high-stakes work across a portfolio of clients. Business development stays with our founder and principal, Michael Margolis.

Narrative Documents That Move Decisions

Almost everything we deliver is a narrative document that has to carry weight with executives, investors, and boards. That includes:

  • Investor narratives and fundraise materials

  • Corporate and product strategy narratives

  • Positioning and messaging systems

  • Board and executive communications

  • Go-to-market narratives

  • Case statements for major donors

You Run the Weekly Cycles

You and Michael co-lead client sessions with CEOs, investors, and executive teams. After each one, our narrative infrastructure, a leading-edge AI stack, turns the transcript, the strategy, and the work plan into drafts. You work those drafts hard, in partnership with our team and the stack, until each document is ready for an executive to act on. You coach the team through it, with feedback that makes the next draft better.

What you’ll own:

  • The weekly deliverable cycle on every account you lead

  • The editorial pass on every draft, and the call on what’s client-ready

  • The client between sessions: expectations, agendas, and follow-up

  • The work plan and roadmap on each account

  • Coaching and feedback for a narrative analyst and a program manager

You start on two weekly accounts and add two more by your second month. 60-day investor fundraising sprints run on a similar cycle.
